Position Details:
- Ideal candidate would be eligible for a clinical scholar pathway appointment
- Primary interest in prospective research engagement is desirable
- Maternal Fetal Medicine division within the department is an academically active growing enterprise that currently includes 6 full-time faculty
- Department includes a division of Reproductive Investigation, with both MD and PhD members, which has research expertise in clinical outcomes research as well as basic science investigation in vascular physiology in pregnancy and Reproductive immunology
- Academic rank, salary and benefits will be competitive and consistent with experience
Requirements:
- Board eligible/certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Demonstrate the potential for excellence in clinical care, teaching and scholarship
- Possess the experience and skills to provide outstanding communications and scientific writing support
- Possess the experience and skills to support research, advance the educational mission of the University, and/or develop and lead clinical programs
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Vermont, for privileges at UVM Medical Center, and for faculty appointment at the University of Vermont
