Summary
Reports to the Head Soccer Coach and assists in all aspects of the program, including and not limited to, coaching, recruiting, camps and tournaments.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Reports to the Head Coach and assists with all aspects of the program.
- Assist in practice planning and game strategy
- Recruiting Coordinator
- Assistant Tournament and Camp Director
- Assist with travel planning/coordination
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by Head Coach.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of a USSF C License or equivalent required
- Strong commitment to academic achievement
- Strong knowledge of NCAA rules
- Commitment, knowledge and experience with the recruiting process
- Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
- Knowledge of game film editing
- This position requires driving a company/university vehicle, a valid driver's license is a requirement and a MVR need to be conducted upon hire
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES PREFERRED
- Three years of college coaching experience
- Experience with sports science data
- Experience with planning and implementing camps and tournaments
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be willing and able to work summers, nights and weekends.
SALARY: $45,000-50,000, commensurate with experience
