SalarySmall Warwick financial planning office seeks highly personable, dependable, efficient, independent, detail-oriented, well-organized part-time office assistant. Successful candidate must be able to multi-task, have good verbal and written communication skills, and interact with clients and staff professionally.
Responsibilities include phones, filing, preparing mailings, working collaboratively with other staff, greeting clients, tidying office, drafting correspondence, and document preparation, careful attention to detail, scheduling appointments, and calendaring.
Competency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive) required; additional IT skills preferred (Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce)
*This role is directly hired by the Financial Service Representative.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
