Assistant Swim Coach

Looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated assistant coach to work with our age-group swimmers. Preferably someone who is passionate about the sport, growth oriented, and has an athlete-centered approach to coaching.

The assistant coach will work directly with the head coach to help plan and execute swim and dryland training. Should be comfortable with correcting and teaching stroke techniques while leading practices for all levels of our age group swimmers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Berlin, MD 21811: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sports coaching: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)
