F45 Training, the fastest growing fitness franchise network in the world, has exploded in the last 4 years with over 1,700 franchisees in 36 countries, and this is just the beginning! F45 Training is seeking an energetic, ambitious, positive, and highly motivated Assistant Studio Manager.

The Assistant Studio Manager will play a vital role within the team, to ensure that membership enrollment and the member experience exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has previous experience in gym membership sales, is energetic, and has excellent verbal communication skills. They should also have a willingness to drive new member sales, outstanding attention to detail, and a high bar for performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Meets and exceeds all sales goals and revenue related key performance indicators

-Promotes and maintain an effective referral program

-Welcoming members by name, closing engaging all members

-Acquisition of new members and retention of existing members

-Share in-depth knowledge of F45 training classes

-Present membership options with confidence

-Experience in overcoming objections

-Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment

-Conducts telephone inquiries/customer service calls

-Leads F45 Training studio previews with prospects

-Accurately follows the daily studio cleaning checklist

-Ensures the studio is impeccable at all times

-Follows up and through with all prospects

-Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns

-Conducts onboarding of all F45 Training clients

-Participates in 1-2 F45 Training workouts per week
-Manages all promotional, community marketing and lead generation

-Tent and table storefront set up, attendance, promotion

-Work with local companies to promote corporate packages

-Street team tactics (flyer distribution, etc.)

-Cold calling

-Social media promotion

Experience & Qualifications:

-1 or more years fitness sales experience with proven success is highly preferred

-Certified Personal Trainer and/or Group Fitness Instructor is a bonus
