Job Description: As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Studio Manager and owners in various aspects of studio operations. You will be responsible for lead generation and outreach, business-to-business networking, membership sales, assisting with onboarding new employees, and overseeing basic cleaning duties. Your passion for fitness, coupled with your exceptional communication skills and strong time management abilities, will contribute to the success and growth of our studio.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Studio Manager and owners in lead generation and outreach efforts to drive membership sales and business growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to promote corporate wellness programs and partnerships.
• Actively engage with potential members to provide information about our services and convert leads into sales.
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new employees, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our members.
• Oversee and assist with basic cleaning duties to maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to implement marketing strategies and initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:

1. Sales: A strong background in sales, including experience in lead generation, conversion, and closing sales, is essential for an Assistant Studio Manager in the fitness industry. This skill involves understanding customer needs, effectively communicating the value proposition of fitness programs, and overcoming objections to secure memberships.

2. Marketing: An understanding of marketing principles and strategies is crucial for driving lead generation and sales in a fitness studio. Skills in digital marketing, social media management, email campaigns, and promotional events can help attract and retain members while increasing brand visibility in the community.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency in CRM systems or software is beneficial for managing leads, tracking member interactions, and nurturing relationships. An Assistant Studio Manager should be able to efficiently organize and follow up with leads, providing personalized attention to potential and existing members to enhance their experience and loyalty.

4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively engaging with potential and current members, as well as collaborating with colleagues and management. Clear and persuasive communication helps convey the studio's offerings, address inquiries and concerns, and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
• Must have a Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
