Assistant Store Manager

Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive sales and meet sales targets through effective wireless sales techniques
- Negotiate with customers to close sales and achieve revenue goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team targets
- Assist in managing inventory, including buying and pricing products
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

Skills:
- Strong wireless sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales and achieve revenue goals
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of sales associates
- Knowledge of buying and pricing strategies to optimize inventory management
- Experience in team management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Store management experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company standards
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
