Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers support the Store Manager in the daily business operations of the store including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, managing inventory levels and handling any other task assigned by the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Data entry to maintain store inventory in the back office computer system
• Understanding store equipment
• Maintaining store cleanliness, inventory and safey of employees and customers

Skills & Qualifications

• Store management experience
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Cash Management
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Ability to lift up to 10-15 pounds
• Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $685.00 - $700.00 per week
