Overview:
The Assistant Manager provides support by assisting with various aspects of day-to-operations within a retail facility; this includes customer and employee experience, cash handling, and merchandising.

Job Duties:
- Check in vendors, warehouse orders and gas deliveries.
- Change fuel prices as required.
- Reconcile daily bookwork, finalize invoices, balance smart safe, and measure fuel gallons.
- Create, edit, and submit order requests for supplies.
- Provide ongoing training and development to staff members according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
- Communicates and enforces compliance of company policy and procedure.
- Exhibit customer service excellence by answering questions, building relationships with customers, and by promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns.
- Sets up tasks for the day and follows up on progress.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience in a retail setting.
- Must consent to and pass a background check.
- This is a full-time position. Days and times may vary, including weekends and evenings.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
