Rita's of Doylestown is looking for a results driven Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they posses a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture and a background in customer-focused retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to Treat Team Members
- Train and support new Treat Team Members
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Apply our Rita's S.U.P.E.R. service philosophy.
- Additional duties as needed
Skills
- Strong store management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to manage shifts effectively and ensure proper coverage
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions accurately
- Proven organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
