Duties:THE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE FUSTINI’S EXPERIENCE. THEY CONSISTENTLY LEAD BY EXAMPLE, PROVIDING THE FUSTINI’S EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY GUEST. AS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE ALL STORE PROTOCOL IS FOLLOWED, FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO POLICY AND PROCEDURES.

FULFILL ALL STORE MANAGER DUTIES DURING STORE MANAGER’S ABSENCE

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:\EMPLOYEES

Assist with training of new employees, act as mentor and guide for new employees

Communicate directly with manager concerning employee performances, staffing needs

Report any performance issues and communicate with manager

Delegate and assign duties throughout the day in managers absence

-Bottling

-Sales techniques

-Projects (cleaning, restock)

STORE MANAGEMENT

Work with manager to meet store sales goals and improve customer experience

Prepare weekly order with Warehouse for every Monday, manager to submit Tuesday morning

Keep track of low inventory, alert manager

Post weekly goal numbers and results every Monday

Weekly pantry and cube inventory to be organized with manager- both must be aware of change in stock levels

Follow and enforce Health Department guidelines at all times

VENDORS/REPS

Provide feedback on new items, help with suggestions and uses for product

Must be familiar with restaurant and marketing partners, knowledgeable about their establishment and discount structure

COMMUNITY

Help manager as needed with in-store events

Post relevant content (SOC, community and product info) social media 3 times a week- -store specific FB and Instagram.

Set example of good community engagement with staff, volunteer non profit partner 1x/quarter

SOC (when applicable)

Teach virtual tasting classes as needed- (1x/quarter)

Host SOC virtual classes (1x/quarter)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
