Responsible for assisting Ecologist in ecology and oyster programs - including but not limited to physical labor, guest services, safety and maintenance.
- Provide superior levels of service to guests.
- Orientate guests on marina and facilities.
- Provide assistance to ecologist in oyster programming.
- Facilitates oyster program classes to guests.
- Assist with other duties or assignments as required by Ecologist.

Responsibility and Authority
- Ensure timely opening and/or closing of marina outlets and yachting events.
- Constantly monitor work areas for potential safety issues.
- Secure guest information while handling guest reservations or any point of sale.
- Maintain condition of uniform, shirt tucked in belted trousers, visible nametag; shoes must cover entire foot, and abide by 10-5-3 rule of contact.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in guest service environment preferred. Knowledge of oysters and ecology a plus. Willingness to learn and retain knowledge related to area.
