Position Overview:
As a Residential Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Residence Director in the day-to-day operations of our residential facility, as well as directly impacting the lives of individuals by providing compassionate care and helping them develop valuable life skills.
Schedule: Tuesday- Friday 3p -11p and Saturday 9a to 5p. Staff meeting on 2nd Wednesday of the month 10:30am to 12:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to individuals, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Assist individuals in participating in community activities and developing meaningful relationships
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for individuals
- Communicate regularly with family members/guardians and other team members
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations
Qualifications:
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record
- Prior direct care experience
- prior supervisory experience preferred
