Qualifications:
- High School graduate, GED, or current student, with ability to type, use computer and have basic knowledge of counting change.
- Must have an interest in the well-being of residents and be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers.
- Will maintain confidentiality of personal records of residents.
- Will have knowledge of facility policies and procedures for safety and disaster preparedness, residents’ rights, and universal precaution. Will participate in the educational/training in-service programs provided by the facility.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, prospective candidates, and other visitors of the campus in a warm and pleasant manner.
- Answers incoming calls on a multi-line system both internally and externally, in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner as well as directs caller to the appropriate associate.
- Provide callers with information such as facility address, directions to facility location, facility fax number, website, and other related information.
- Coordinates pick up and deliveries from mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing.
- Conduct sale of guest meals, meal tickets and employee meals.
- Sort and distribute weekend newspapers according to list provided.
- Conduct resident trust transactions.
