Commercial Property Management firm is looking for an Assistant Property Manager who is a team player to join their team in Foster City! This is a great opportunity to work for a fun group of people as the company continues to expand! Company owns and manages several properties in the industrial, retail and office industry. This position will support Class A Office building with 30-40 tenants, multiple amenities, and several events. This position will have support a Property Manager who is willing to train and develop staff!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
- Communicating with tenants on various work order requests
- Following up with vendors to ensure appropriate services provided
- Processing tenant move-in and move-outs
- Coding invoices
- Coordinating vendor services
- Following up on accounts receivable
- Reviewing vendor bids and selecting contractors
- Coordinating preventative maintenance
- Assisting with CAM preparation
- Preparing budgets
- Reviewing financials and providing reporting to Ownership
- Coordinating tenant events
- Ensuring certificates of insurance and business licenses are up to date
- Assisting with various specialty projects
Qualifications and Skills
- BA or BS degree
- 2+ years in commercial property management
- Ability to work well with a team
- Ability to work well under deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
