INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL
One position available for the 2023-2024 school year: Starting July 26th, 2023: (210 day contract): Salary and benefits based upon experience and qualifications

Qualifications: -Bulletin 400/Rules 46-47: Valid Indiana Administrative and Supervision License (teaching and/or experience at the middle school level preferred)
-Rules 2002: Building Level Administrator
-REPA: Building Level Administration
Duties Include: Provide leadership in all aspects of Intermediate School setting while providing support and supervision of staff.
Compensation: 210-day contract with competitive salary and benefits based upon experience and qualifications

Before an individual can work with students or have his/her name submitted for approval to the Board of School Trustees, the candidate must complete the background check authorization (at a cost of $15.00--cash or check) and the background check must receive a "cleared" rating. Additionally, the individual must complete a federal I-9 form (providing appropriate identification documents); tax forms; a direct-deposit form (with an attached voided check); and, view training videos at the Educational Services Center (approximately one hour in length).
Keeps attendance records.
Maintains discipline in the classroom and provides adult supervision throughout the
building.
Participates in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
Performs related duties, such as sponsoring one or more special activities or student organizations, assisting pupils in selecting course of study, and counseling them in adjustment and academic problems.
