Lionsgate has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant supporting both the Company's Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, great at multitasking and prioritizing in a very fast-paced and highly confidential environment. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable communicating with high-level executives on a range of business matters.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, rolling calls, scheduling meetings and conference calls, making travel arrangements, and processing expense reports
- Facilitate all communications for the Office of the Chief Operations Officer and the Executive Vice President and General Counsel
- Manage the approval process for outside legal expenses
- Help prepare materials to be presented to Lionsgate's Board of Directors, investors, and potential partners
- Project management and tracking
- Conduct company specific and industry wide research, as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of either entertainment industry or finance experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with high-level executives concisely and confidently
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with confidential legal information, a must
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- MS Office Suite proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask
