Job Description:
Supervises a work group to ensure that a high quality, cost-effective product or service is delivered in support of the hospital's strategic plan, and the function's goals and objectives. Reports to Nurse Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree and/or appropriate certification required.
- Specific work experience may be necessary.
- Minimum two years relevant clinical experience required. Experience leading employees, preferred.
- Strong communications skills required - both written and verbal.
