Job Duties
As an Assistant Operations Manager for a new type of micro-fulfillment grocery delivery company that utilizes a cross-deck supply chain and routed delivery model, your duties would include:
- Leading and guiding the EasyBins team (all workers are w-2) during your shift, ensuring they adhere to established best practices.
- Overseeing end-to-end processes in the local hub, including shopping for products and transporting them from multiple stores to the warehouse and customers when necessary.
- Continuously thinking of ways to improve EasyBins' best practices and processes.
- Ensuring that all orders are accurately picked, packed, tagged with order details, and ready for delivery.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success team to identify and promptly correct concerning trends.
- Becoming an expert in your role and modeling adherence to standard operating procedures for EasyBins hubs.
- Monitoring and maintaining compliance with food safety guidelines.
What you possess for success:
● At least 21 years of age; ability to pass background check
● Clean driving history, current driver’s license, and reliable personal vehicle
● Smartphone with current iOS or Android operating systems
● Comfortable with using mobile technology to complete tasks and manage workflows
● Physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds, load groceries
● Ability to walk distances while shopping and delivering groceries
● Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
● Prompt and regular attendance based on your schedule
● Adherence to our dress code, appearance and personal hygiene standards
