Assistant Manager /Marketing Manager- Apartments

Needed experienced Assistant Manager/Marketing Director for Aero Highlands North Apartments. Must have at least 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager/Marketing at an apartment community. Yardi experience preferred. This is one position where experience in both areas is required. Must have a valid driver's license and transportation. This position requires you to travel locally.

Performs all aspects of Assistant Manager , including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, shows community, and outside marketing, as needed.

Assistant Manager:

• Must be knowledgeable of all phases of bookkeeping, collections, and resident retention.
• Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy.
• Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
• Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal.
• Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.

Marketing Director:

Establishes, executes and maintains a Marketing Plan for the property. The Marketing Plan shall include the following

• Define Competition and Market Trends
• Market Survey/Rental Rates
• Concession Program
• Market Ready Inventory/Models/Show Units
• Advertising
• Outreach Marketing (Preferred Employers, Locators, etc.)
• Cost v. Benefit Analysis/Incentive programs
• Marketing goals (Traffic, leasing, closing, retentions renewal rates, etc.

Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other Assistant Manager/Marketing Director duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
