We're looking for an amazing Food & Beverage professional to fill this role, which is based in Anchorage, AK. You'll be responsible foroverseeing and managing all front of the house operations acrossmultiple locations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages the front of house operations across three locations to include the twenty seven full-service rail cars, in three locations; Anchorage, Seward, and Healy.
- Train and lead approximately100 seasonal team members to ensure menu standards and dining experience expectations are being upheld.
- Monitors the daily operations, including guest service, sanitation, menu standards and team member performance to ensure customer satisfaction and operational objectives and goals are met.
- Monitor and track Food and Beverage sales. Recommends strategiesto increase revenue goals, maintain food cost, and guest satisfaction.
- Complies with all management responsibilities in accordance withCompany policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations.
- Adhere to and enforce Health, Environment, Safety, Security (HESS) requirements.
- Adhere to and enforce Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) requirements.
- Maintains accounting and inventory systems; actively manage and monitor ordering, receiving and warehouse operations within company guidelines.
- Analyzes and prepares reports and maintains records.
- Participates in the interviewing, hiring and training of Food and Beverage employees for the Rail division.
- Responsible for the employee lifecycle, supervision, performance management, salary administration, time management, corrective action and training of directly assigned personnel.
- This job normally requires a professional level of knowledge in food preparation and production equivalent to that which would be acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree, culinary degree or equivalent certified training.Demonstration of directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
- This job normally requires three years of progressively responsible positions in restaurant or equivalent institution cooking. Demonstrated supervisory experience in a business environment is required.
- Must have or the ability to obtain an Alaska Food Handlers card and TAPS alcohol server permit.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Minimum age of 21 years of age is required.
- Participates in HAP's safety culture to ensure a safe workplace for all team members and a safe vacation experience for all guests.

- Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized point of sales (POS) systems.

- Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
