Purpose: Working within the Digital Experience Optimization team, you’ll play a vital role to drive & execute our adidas digital merchandising experience. This involves executing changes to merchandising components across our site, including but not limited to, navigation, filters, search, sorting, and product recommendation containers. This role will also support optimizing existing tools and processes to gain efficiencies with the way we work.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, data and consumer driven, team player. The candidate should have a sense of how digital merchandising can impact consumer behaviour, understanding what factors will drive interaction and conversion. Attention to detail is extremely important as all experiences, data, and configurations made will be visible to our consumer. Working efficiently and collaboratively, while maintaining accuracy is also key.
