**Responsibilities:**
- Personally execute daily Lawn Care operations including fertilization, weed control, and pest management, ensuring tasks are completed properly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with me to develop strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
**Requirements:**
- A passion for turfgrass management and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Preferred: Turfgrass management degree or Category 24 license, but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.80 - $25.05 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
