Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage the client database - Schedule appointments effectively
- Maintain studio cleanliness and upkeep
- Manage online orders and customer inquiries
- Track and manage inventory effectively
- Facilitate curated jewelry sales
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Customer service expertise is essential
- Knowledge of piercings, jewelry, and bloodborne pathogen training are advantageous (training provided for those lacking prior experience)
- Possess a positive attitude, forward-thinking, and creativity
