Job Description

Position Requirements
Hours: Open Availability Required: Operating Hours are Monday- Thursday 6am to 11pm and Friday/Saturday 6am to 12pm
During grand opening these hours may be extended by an hour earlier or later during the training process of the all crew learning period.
40- hours a week guaranteed (OT may happen, only when necessary & approved by General Manager & Operator)
Experience Necessary: previous leadership role, minimum one year, preferred two years.
Daily Operational Needs:
Store Front Duties: This position is hands on. The assistant general manager will be on floor with staff at all times except during other requested times. The daily day of the AGM will consist of writing a game plan, making dough, coaching staff and serving customers to the highest Crumbl standards.
Monitor:
· Crumbl Chats: Submission of Check Ins, Tech Issues & more.
· Store Metrics and ensure all stores are in green marks.
· Labor: Cutting shifts throughout the week based on sales levels.
· Spending Needs: AGM and Shift Leads spending on ingredients that are missing from store.
· Attendance, Cash Log, Waste Log, Inventory & Free Cookie Log all being completed by your leadership staff.
· Dough productivity levels: Recording and monitoring if enough dough is getting done per shift.
· Box levels: Ensure the store is stocked with boxes from storage unit.
Ordering:
· Supporting the general manager of inventory levels in the store.

Staffing:
§ Train leadership & staff on Crumbl ways & Faro Holdings policies as well.

§ Maintain strong relationships with all staff members by working directly with staff members. Motivate and instill a positive culture in each store.

Accountability:
§ Crumbl Corporate Policy are being enforced.
§ Faro Holdings Policy are being enforced.
§ Corrective Actions are being used to keep standards high and equal to all employees.
o Ensure leadership below you are properly trained on how & when to give corrective action.
o Handle all major issues, harassment complaints, bullying, etc. with GM, Operator and HR.
§ Always maintain stores in Audit ready standards.
o Corporate Audit & Faro Holdings audits will be done monthly in each store.
§ Attend Weekly Leadership Meetings with your General Manager.
§ Communication of maintenance issues.
§ Cash Tip submissions every Monday by noon to GM & Operator.
§ Game plan set up for each shift you run and for the shifts after you.
§ Daily communication with General Manager.

● LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT: Lead the team to work together to accomplish various objectives and manage a variety of systems and processes to excel in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) while building and developing the "Crumbl Culture".
● PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT: Assist in developing Crumbl team member's skills and capabilities for their current roles, future roles at Crumbl, and to prepare them for their lives beyond Crumbl.
● OPERATIONS: Support the manager in a variety of Crumbl operational areas which include but not limited to: Inventory and supply, ordering, quality control and taste, the cookie baking process, presentation of the cookie, facilities and equipment management, staffing and labor, scheduling, forecasting cookie supply and demand, delivery experience, etc
● RAVING FANS SERVICE: Focused on a team creating raving fans services through genuine, welcoming, and friendly interactions with every customer that interacts with Crumbl.
● STORE METRICS & NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION: Clearly communicates key store metrics using various methods and frequently celebrates those who are achieving greatness. Participates in a variety of planned as well as grass root initiatives to acquire new Crumbl customers.
● COMMUNICATION: Communicates clearly, frequently, and provides clear direction and expectations verbally as well as via company communication channels. Shares important updates and business information regularly that will help the team and business perform well.
● TECHNOLOGY APTITUDE: Confidently be able to use email, chat applications, Microsoft Office, G-Suite & Gmail, human resource information system, and the point-of-sale system(s). Understand & demonstrate high proficiency with various platforms such as the Crumbl's website, Crumbl's mobile app, and Crumbl's internal communication application. Be able to problem solve technology issues through key technology support contacts when needed.
● ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Highly aware of the smaller details of operating the business and ensures those details are over managed, communicated, and taught to the team to deliver excellence on a daily basis.
● CLEANLINESS & TIDINESS: Always maintain a presentation to the crew member and customer of a clean, orderly, and safe environment. Responsible for ensuring the baking equipment, utensils, and environment are clean and orderly beyond company and state requirements at all times.
● FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT: Helps monitor safe use and movement in and around the facility and equipment. Communicates promptly to management and utilizes the appropriate tools to initiate diagnosis and repairs if needed.
● SAFETY: Constantly training and coaching on safety first with the team. Assesses equipment, the environment, and work practices to ensure the team, the customer, and the brand is acting in a safe manner at all times.

Compensation Plan:
Hourly: $22 per hour + tips paid on a weekly basis by direct deposit

Sundays Off
Bonus Opportunity: In addition to your hourly pay, you will be eligible to receive three monthly bonuses.
Labor Bonus: $500 Labor for the month kept below 20.9%
KPI’s Bonus:
$250: All green KPI’s for the month. This includes Ticket Times, Cookie Quality, Sold Out Times, Service Availability & Reviews. Store Efficiency:
$250: Passing Score of Customer Service Surveys & Store Audit 80% or higher.
