Hooters of Westminster is hiring a fun, energetic Assistant Manager that has a can-do attitude. Our Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager in ensuring that operations runs efficiently and effectively, according to company policy and standards. They must be able to create a fun, sports ambiance while providing excellent products and outstanding service. They will support and work with all members of management to (1) increase restaurant sales and profitability and (2) ensure guest, as well as employee satisfaction, while upholding the integrity of the Hooter’s concept. Responsibilities:

• People Performance and Management: hire and retain talent through training, development and coaching techniques
• Marketing and financial reporting
• Ensure vendor and supplier relationships are maintained by way of proper compensation and meeting needs of the business
• Achieve financial goals and ensures the restaurant meets or exceeds all functional standards, including cleanliness, atmosphere, service, guest interaction, execution of food and beverage and accounting (sales, purchases, inventory, payroll, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills
• Sound understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong leadership, organization, planning and operational skills

Must have valid Drivers License

● 1-2 years of experience in a busy restaurant or retail environment

● Must be 18 or older to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
