Responsibilities

• Managerial
• On call support
• Needs to have open availability
• Should be able to communicate, train, and coach the team
• Inventory management, ordering, etc.
• Ensuring that all the following is followed properly:
• Handling guest inquiries, explaining menu items, assisting delivery drivers with information about their pick up
• Using an iPad to take orders in-store and over the phone
• Verbally acknowledging guests as they enter and leave
• Accepting payments and providing change correctly
• Cleaning/sanitizing the guest area
• Managing incoming orders using our online portal
• Resolving guest concerns without escalating
• Identifying and correctly bagging orders or delivering dine-in orders to our guests
• Stocking guest areas
• Anticipating guests needs and providing the best experience possible to every patron
• Following a sanitation schedule to ensure the safest environment for your team and guests

Cash handling | customer service | restaurant experience is a plus but not required, we're looking for a great personality not a skill set.

All training will be provide, paid, and will be followed by an opportunity for a pay increase after your 30 day review. Our employee referral program will be made available to your after 90 days of employment.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
