Assistant MAC Manager
Job Description Summary
The Assistant MAC Manager will manage small scale weekly small/project moves and monthly site-to-site moves. They will work closely with the Occupancy Planning and Project Development Services Teams. They will ensure that all tactical tasks are in alignment with SLAs, and that they excel in all customer service activities
Job Description
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with key business partners, vendor partners, and Site Operations Managers
- Manage new-hire placement
- Manage weekly small (<9) group moves
- Implement move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy plan
- Coordinate with FM team, PDS team, and/or move vendor on installation and reconfiguration of furniture as it pertains to small and large group moves
- Coordinate with project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope
- Coordinate pre-move-walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupants
- Keep track of all tasks, schedules, and budgets related to the move
- Ensure all moves are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and adhere to schedules
- Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work style
- Drive to improve client awareness by providing trending analysis for MAC process
- Send out post-move surveys and reports on findings and identify process improvements as appropriate
- Evaluate and provide improvement suggestions for move processes and vendors. Identify ways to improve client relationships through the MAC process
- Supports decommissioning activity according to the project plan

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
