Assistant Line Lead - Line 7
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collects packaging information and completes Daily production reports.
- Analyzes line operation and directs line operator on how to effectively work at each position.
- Trains new and experienced employees.
- Listens and solves employees concerns or problems.
- Perform minor maintenance and up keep on line equipment.
- Helps Conducts periodic evaluation for the employees on his/her line.
- Strictly adheres and enforces the company GMP policy, food safety and quality policies, and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in English.
- The individual must be able to work on a team in a team oriented environment.
- Computer experience preferred.
- The employee will received job specific training needed to succeed in this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years experience in manufacturing environment or production.
Schedule:
- Gravyard Shift, Monday to Friday Rotating weekends
- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Pay
- Training pay starts at $16.75/Hour with a potential to reach $20.75/Hour after meeting all skill levels.
