Overview

The IT Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of an organization. Ensuring that the organization’s technological systems and infrastructure operate effectively and efficiently. This includes providing technical support and implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's ERP software systems, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics. The successful candidate will have experience in systems analysis, programming, and implementation, as well as a working knowledge of SAP/ERP functionalities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the integrity of and accuracy of the ERP Systems.
  • Support with SAP/ERP systems and related software installation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Develop custom programs and applications to meet user requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in SAP/ERP software.
  • Monitor SAP/ERP software functionalities.
  • Ensure company data security and protection within the SAP/ERP systems.
  • Work closely with headquarters and other IT engineers to plan, execute, and finalize systems and projects to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SAP/ERP systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and team members.
  • Oversee the resolution of technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technological needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and storage systems in coordination with headquarters.
  • Ensure that hardware and software components are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols to protect the organization’s data and systems.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance requirements and ensure the IT department adheres to them.
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, and documentation to ensure a standardized approach to IT operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service provides to ensure the procurement of necessary IT Equipment and Services.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual [Korean/English]
  • Strong experience with ERP software, including implementation, maintenance, and end-user support
  • Proficiency in managing IT equipment, such as servers, networks, telecom, and cloud services
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure hardware and its maintenance
  • Familiarity with IT compliance requirements, including CCPA and GDPR
  • Experience in network connectivity, TCP/IP, and SDWAN
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or a related field are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum of 3+ years of experience with SAP/ERP systems administration, programming, and management.

  • Strong knowledge of various SAP/ERP modules, including finance, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Experience in creating and modifying SAP/ERP reports using tools such as Crystal Reports, BIRT, and SAP Business Objects
  • Adept at programming languages such as ABAP, SQL, and Java
  • Good understanding of database management, with experience in SQL Server, Oracle, or MYSQL.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a dynamic team environment.

  • IT Equipment (Servers, Networks, Telecom, Cloud)
  • IT Compliance Requirements (CCPA, GDPR)
  • Network Connectivity Experience (TCP/IP, SDWAN)
  • IT Infrastructure Hardware Experience
