The Opportunity: The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager. Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Housekeeping team, the Assistant Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.
Who We Look For: We look for employees who share the Golden Rule; people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us. We look for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do.
Qualifications:
- Two to three years of previous Rooms Division or Housekeeping Management or Supervisory experience
- Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel management or equivalent experience is required.
- Ability to irregular hours, weekends, evenings and overnight relief.
- Able to organize, delegate & work under pressure
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Visa Requirements: Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States. Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available.
For internal non-US Four Seasons applicants , US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship."
