SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete descriptive and inspirational show rounds and rooming’s to the guests
- Welcome the guests to the hotel in a warm and professional manner
- Make relevant recommendations to the guests on popular restaurants, bars, local attractions and London events
- Be confident about new openings and ‘places to be seen’ in the local area
- Make bookings and organise travel plans
- Train and supervisor luggage porters
- Upsell the hotel facilities
- Maintain and deliver consistent Firmdale standards
Skills:
- Previous experience working as a Concierge in a 5* hotel
- Previous experience using the Opera system
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Superb attention to detail
- Confident and warm personality
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for delivering a memorable guest experience
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
- Excellent personal presentation
Hours required: As an Assistant Head Concierge you will be working 42 hours per week on 4 on 4 off rota, where some weekends will be required.
To carry out any other tasks required from time to time by management.
