Assistant Head Concierge

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete descriptive and inspirational show rounds and rooming’s to the guests
• Welcome the guests to the hotel in a warm and professional manner
• Make relevant recommendations to the guests on popular restaurants, bars, local attractions and London events
• Be confident about new openings and ‘places to be seen’ in the local area
• Make bookings and organise travel plans
• Train and supervisor luggage porters
• Upsell the hotel facilities
• Maintain and deliver consistent Firmdale standards

Skills:

• Previous experience working as a Concierge in a 5* hotel
• Previous experience using the Opera system
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Superb attention to detail
• Confident and warm personality
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for delivering a memorable guest experience
• The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
• Excellent personal presentation

Hours required: As an Assistant Head Concierge you will be working 42 hours per week on 4 on 4 off rota, where some weekends will be required.

To carry out any other tasks required from time to time by management.
