Job Description
Purpose Statement: To assist in the management of fitness Services with specific management responsibilities for client services, facilities management. Job functions include:
- Customer Service and Service Delivery
- Manage all member accounts, ensure that members possess customer satisfaction
- Call delinquent accounts and ensure that payment is processed
- Prepare reports including cancellations and expired accounts and provide assistance to manager on reconciling and ensuring that these accounts are taken care of
- Provide Fitness Support
- Ensure all gym equipment is in working order.
- Complete tasks and projects provided by Manager
- To make recommendations on facility improvements that enhances the service and safety of the users
- Staff Supervision
- Handle and count cash for reconciliation of finances
- Create and implement new processes for staff
- Assist in recruitment of any new staff that may be required and provide initial training if needed
- Provide employee scheduling; coordinate the bi-weekly completion of all staff time sheets and coordinate short notice staff cover
- Provide instructor calendaring
- Management of the Facility
- Manage the ongoing maintenance needed to ensure safe use of the facilities Working with Facilities Manager to ensure buildings are safely managed. Working with outside contractors to deliver a range of services that maintain the facility
- To make recommendations on facility improvements that enhances the service and safety of the users.
- Organizational and Office Duties
- Be proficient in MailChimp to provide promotional, ad and announcement emails
- Complete projects as set by Manager
- Must be Proficient in Excel, Word and Office.
