Assistant Grant Manager
Location negotiable (In-person / Remote / Hybrid)

As an Assistant Grant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our grant operations. You will collaborate with our System and System Member's respective Grant Teams to provide exceptional support in post-award management and administration. Your primary responsibilities will include:
***Key responsibilities***
  • Assisting with the submission of grants, proposals, and reports
  • Maintaining grant management sites and updating passwords
  • Organizing and maintaining grant files
  • Managing grant reporting schedules and deadlines
  • Facilitating monthly inter-departmental grants management team meetings
  • Identifying opportunities for improved grant management processes
  • Communicating effectively with project partners and funders
  • Preparing and submitting grant deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

***Qualifications***
  • Bachelor's or Master degree in nonprofit management, communication, English, Business Management, social work or social services or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health care services and/or management.
  • Certification or experience in quality and project management tools and methods, including Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or other techniques. Knowledge of CARF standards is also preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of grants, grant writing, and grant reporting
  • Excellent editing and reviewing skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce
  • Proficiency in common software applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
