The Grounds department at North Shore Towers is seeking a self-motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented individual to assist in leading the grounds maintenance team. The grounds department takes pride in producing great conditions for our members while balancing work life balance.
The Assistant Superintendent position is an individual with Irrigation repair experience, satellite trouble shooting and willingness to teach others irrigation techniques. MUST have at least two seasons of Golf Course maintenance experience.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be involved in but not limited to:
- Assist the superintendent with morning job assignments and meetings.
- Fertilizer and pesticide applications and record keeping.
- Assist with safety programs, training and record keeping.
- Recruit, train and supervise the gold maintenance staff.
