Brief Description of Duties:
SUNY Morrisville, a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III, has an opening for an Assistant Football Coach - Offensive Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating the offensive unit in all phases, coaching an offensive position group (QB preferred but will accept other positions), developing and mentoring our staff's young offensive assistant coaches, as well as assisting with special teams as needed. In addition to on-field responsibilities, this position will include teaching 8 credits per academic year in the areas of Coaching and Fitness.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Willingness to work flexible hours that may include nights or weekends
Playing or coaching background in Football
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Physical Education or other relevant discipline
2+ years of NCAA coaching experience or 10+ years of high school coaching experience
