Description: Carroll College is seeking applicants for an Assistant Football Coach. Responsibilities for this full-time position include installation of daily practice plans and weekly game plan schemes; act as the position coach for offensive line, coordinate film operations; share in recruiting responsibilities, and provide oversight to strength and conditioning program; and perform other duties assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have demonstrated successful Football Coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level; excellent leadership ability, exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to support the mission of the college. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Collegiate Football Coaching experience with knowledge of NAIA. Preferred strength and conditioning certification.
