Fabricating Assistant**

Underground Contractors in Wixom, MI is seeking a Fabricating Assistant. You will be working directly with our Fabricator and responsible for creating, repairing, or modifying equipment used for installing and repairing high-speed fiber optic internet cables. You will be responsible for welding, grinding, drilling, assembly, clean-up, and other miscellaneous tasks. The best candidate will be mechanically inclined, proficient with hand and power tools, have some welding experience, and able to quickly create solutions to solve problems.

This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
