NaphCare is seeking an experiencedAssistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at the Arizona Department of Corrections - Tucson facility located in Tucson, Arizona. Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available! Pay rates range from $44.00-$55.00per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience. PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

Position Description:
- providing supervision of Nursing and support staff on assigned shifts
- providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients
- Bachelor's degree or RN with two years experience preferred
- Must hold valid RN license in Arizona
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
- Prior experience providing nursing care, working with a high degree of autonomy required
- Prior experience in supervising nursing staff preferred
- Experience working in a correctional environment preferred
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
