Responsibilities
- Personally contribute to a culture that delivers an exceptional patient experience for every patient, every time.

- In conjunction with the Practice Manager, participates in strategic & operational planning for the practice; develops & maintains SOPs, policies & best practices; establishes budgetary guidelines and means for staying within the specified range.
- Leads team members to meet practice expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment. Empowers team members to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegates responsibility and expects accountability and regular feedback. Coaches, mentors, and develops staff, including new hire onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. In conjunction with the Practice Manager, provides effective performance feedback through recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources when necessary.
- Assures the implementation of SOPs, policies, and best practices required to provide quality patient care.
- Through policy, attitude, and action, develops a strong customer service-oriented organization including the handling of patient complaints and questions.
- Ensures the continued success of self and company by seeking all educational opportunities for growth and improvement and encouraging subordinates to do the same.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
Desirables
- Undergraduate Degree
- 1-3 yrs experience in a dental office
- Knowledge and familiarity with technology platforms, including but not limited to, OpenDental, eServices, EDS, NEA, Clixon ordering platform, CAESY, Practice Level Insurance Processing Procedures, UKG, Google Suite, Care Credit, and ability to learn company-specific procedures and systems.
