We're hiring an Assistant Manager for our OLCC licensed cannabis farm located south of Wolf Creek. This role involves overseeing operations in the indoor and light-assisted greenhouse zones of our farm. We are looking for hard-working, detail-oriented, dependable individuals with a positive and collaborative attitude.

Assistant Manager Position Overview:

• The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Cultivation manager in all aspects of running the farm. With a focus on planning, data collection, site organization, and keeping production crews working efficiently.
• The Cultivation Assistant Manager communicates effectively with the technicians and

Cultivation Manager to implement and maintain protocols, policies and procedures (SOPs) in accordance with our company standards.

• In this position you will have the opportunity to learn about advanced cultivation techniques while also implementing your knowledge of cultivation and collaborating with cultivation technicians to elevate the quality of our farm.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will utilize your skills in cultivation, post harvest curing and flower processing to lead, educate, organize and problem solve
• You ensure that all cultivation and processing areas are clean and well maintained.
• Coordinate and oversee tasks ranging from propagation to harvest, including curing, trimming, and packaging for transport, while effectively delegating responsibilities as needed.
• Assist Cultivation Manager with managing staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations
• Post harvest curing, trim quality, and sample taking for state testing is a primary responsibility
• Ensure that the cultivation department adheres to all state regulatory compliance standards and maintains proper documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized cultivation warehouse with proper inventory of all cultivation supplies
• Assist with maintaining cultivation training and SOPs that are in accordance with Oregon state law and stored on the companies shared drive
• Accurately and consistently track plant movement via spreadsheets for (METRC)
• Gather data and provide feedback regarding the research, development and implementation of any new processes or equipment as needed
• Provide feedback, data and weekly reports to the Cultivation Manager
• Assist with any state or municipal inspections
• Help in other departments as needed and other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 21/+ years old
• Minimum two years management experience
• Minimum four years cannabis cultivation experience in a professional (not personal) environment
• OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit (or ability to obtain one)
• Self-motivation, positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
• Ability to listen well and communicate effectively
• Must arrive for shift on time, clean, and ready to work

Physical Requirements:

• This position may be exposed to splash hazards, hot/cold temperatures, high/low humidity, and sun exposure.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 50 lbs. (100 lbs. with assistance)
• Regularly required to perform cleaning, carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, climbing ladders, bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
