Job Description
As an Assistant Crew lead you will work within your quadrant building 2-5 decks per month. Your day to day will consist of assisting your Crew Leader with building decks, performing all aspects of construction from digging deck foundations, laying out for framing, framing, installing deck boards and rail.
Reporting directly to your Crew Leader, you'll contribute to a team that values efficiency, problem-solving, and a strong commitment to showing up and giving your best effort.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
