What You Will Do

• Every day, you will rely on your strengths as a communicator as you confer with Project Managers, Owners, and Contractors to discuss and resolve a variety of worksite procedures, complaints, and problems.
• You will assist the Superintendent with managing job site safety, quality, and scheduling for assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout. Well rely on you to assertively champion Thompson Thrifts safety culture with your project team and subcontractors
• Your responsibilities also include verifying material deliveries and complying with procurement requirements, while using your understanding of cost accounting to keep the field team aware of project cost projections.

More About You

• You have a strong background in multi-family construction projects, which may be supported by a 4 year college degree in a construction-related field.
• You consistently exhibit professionalism and organizational expertise to blend subcontractors, and materials suppliers into an effective and efficient workforce that results in a safe, on-schedule and quality project.

Compensation & Bonuses

• Salary: 90,000-110,000
• Per Diem: 1,500 for local projects and 4,000 if travel is required
• 6% Profit Sharing Bonus issued when company hits Net Profit goals (weve hit this every year for 4 years running)
