About the Role:

RockItCoin is actively seeking an Assistant CIT Logistics Manager to assist in the coordination of cash orders from banks, ensure the maintenance of optimal cash levels at our machines, and guarantee the availability of funds for our customers at our ATMs. This position will report directly to the CIT Logistics Officer and collaborate closely with various departments. In this role, you will be pivotal in streamlining our cash-in-transit process and fostering strong relationships with our partner banks.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain accurate records of cash inventory levels at each ATM location, coordinating with the finance department for cash replenishment as needed.
• Ensure sufficient cash availability at all ATMs for customer transactions across our network of locations.
• Proactively communicate with banks and other providers to ensure seamless network operation.
• Maintain optimal cash count levels at all machines and update systems/spreadsheets accordingly.
• Audit and reconcile deposits, machine moves, machine additions, cash orders, and more.
• Address cash-in-transit issues by contacting banks and other providers promptly.
• Manage installation and de-installation logistics with Garda and Loomis.
• Prepare regular reports on cash transportation activities, including performance metrics, incidents, and process improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and CIT service providers to ensure smooth operations and negotiate favorable service agreements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining high security and service quality.
• Complete other tasks or special projects assigned by the CIT Logistics Officer.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; or relevant work experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and macros (experience with macros is a plus).
• Proficiency in Outlook and Gmail; G-Suite and Microsoft Suite experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
• Availability to answer calls outside of business hours as necessary.
• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
• Critical thinker and proactively find solutions.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Ability to take direction and work cooperatively with others.
• Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is a plus.

Work Location: 

• Hybrid - Headquarters in Chicago, IL 60654, with a minimum requirement of three days in the office.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
• Note: This role may require you to answer occasional phone calls or emails outside normal business hours.
