Assistant Chill/Freeze PIC

Three Bears Alaska is looking to fill the Chill/Freeze PIC position.

Successful candidates will be trained to run all aspects of the department. Prior supervisory and retail experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day duties of running the department, as well as assisting in assigning tasks, scheduling and training team members, ordering merchandise and monitoring the progress of objectives. You will help to ensure the store is running adequately through the efficient operation of the grocery department.

Qualified applicants must be skilled in customer service, multi-tasking, and delegation. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.

The position offers competitive pay, dependent on experience.
