You will help oversee our Kids Academy programming and activities, provide exceptional customer service and lead our Team Members to success. You will participate in hiring and onboarding Team Members and maintain a safe and friendly environment for our youngest members to thrive in!

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Gainesville, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
