JOB GOAL
To promote understanding and a winning philosophy of athletic competition. Coaching ability, a desire to work with the head coach, and knowledge related to rules, regulations, and strategies for cheer are required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:

The employment "at will" policy cannot be changed verbally or in writing, unless the change is specifically authorized in writing and approved by the Board of Trustees of District 411.
Employment is contingent upon board approval and successful completion of federal background check and drug-free workplace pre-employment screening.
