AddressSweetwater, the nation's number 1 online retailer of music instruments and Pro Audio gear, is seeking to hire a dedicated, driven, and eager Assistant Category Manager to join our Pro Audio category! The Assistant Category Manager will be responsible for answering product availability questions, pre-sales questions from our Sales Engineers, updating price lists, and perform other duties as assigned or requested from the Category Manger.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver service and support to Sales Engineers via phone and email
- Working with our numerous vendors to resolve a variety of issues for Sales Engineers
- Creating and maintaining records inventory records in 4D
- Managing Market Price Reports
- Managing exception reports promptly and accurately
- Staying current with system information, changes, and updates
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively provide support to Sales
- Knowledge of wireless, audio Interfaces, microphones, mixers, etc.
- Knowledge of live sound engineering, recording and installation
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Paying close attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Responsibility to promptly complete assigned tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude
- High School diploma or equivalent or 3 years industry experience
