Assistant Cafe Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the café, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with the hotel's catering department to provide food and beverage services for events and banquets.
- Manage the café's budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, such as promotional events or loyalty programs.
- Train and mentor café staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, food production, bartending, and banquet service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer software for inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
