```Duties```
- Assist the Buyer in all aspects of the procurement process, including sourcing, and purchasing materials and services.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the Buyer to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Assist in analyzing market trends to identify potential suppliers and products.
- Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information on product requirements and specifications.
- Send replenishment orders to FBA
- Light Customer Service
- Remove negative feedback
- Recommend disposition strategy for non-productive inventory.
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role as an Assistant Buyer or Ecommerce assistant.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with production planning and inventory control processes.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Proficient in contract management and procurement systems (e.g., Edwards, SAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
